We measure response rates on four different levels per:
- Individual user and position
- A specific email sequence
- A specific email in an email sequence
- Aggregated on a company level
In the overview tab, any user can at any time access real time statistics and see both the response rates and open rates per a specific position and your individual statistics.
If you want to access more detailed statistics about a specific email sequence, head to the sequence tab.
If you want to dig down even further, open any sequence and view the statistics per email sent over each email in the sequence.
