Why is my campaign not sending any e-mails?

This can happen for a number of reasons. The most common reasons will be listed below, as will the next course of action for them.


  • Because the campaign is paused

To check whether your campaign is paused, go to 'Company campaigns' in the left menu, once there check whether the campaign in question is greyed out. If so, go to the 'Overview' tab in the bot in question and click the green 'Start' button on the right.

 

  • Because the candidates are not yet reviewed

To check whether the candidates are reviewed, go to the 'Candidates'-tab in the campaign in question. If there is a green button saying 'Ok, all candidates reviewed', that means that the candidates are waiting to be reviewed. Once you approve the candidates by clicking the button, the campaign should start sending e-mails again.

 

    • Because the platform has lost its connection to your e-mail address

    If this is the case, you should have received an e-mail alerting you to this fact. However, as we all know e-mails have a tendency to get lost in the mix of things. To make sure that this is not the case, simply log in to the platform using the e-mail address the bot is connected to. This will automatically reestablish the connection again.

     

    • Because there are no candidates in the campaign
